At SEF, we believe that education is the key to unlocking potential. Our annual Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Brunch raises funds to support ambitious high school seniors as they pursue post-secondary education.

Mentorship
Guiding Young Leaders Toward Excellence
Our mentorship program Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders provides boys and young men of color, ages 6–17, with the tools they need to succeed in life and contribute positively to their communities.

Health Awareness
Promoting Wellness for a Healthier Community
Health is wealth, and SEF is committed to educating and empowering men to take control of their well-being. Our Arizona Men’s Health & Wellness Expo addresses critical health issues, from prostate cancer to mental health, while fostering a culture of proactive care.
